Samsung A700K No service problem.need solution

Dear Friends.
i have Samsung A700K.its korean version and running on official Android 6.problem is that it doesnt get sim signals.after inserting sim nothing happened.a circle is seen at signal place.IMEI and baseband are ok.
what could be the reason and what shopuld be the soultion.
need help brothers.

Write Qcn File
Check Data Base IN PTA IMEI IDetail
If Not Found In Data Base
Then Write Qcn File
