its dead after format after that i tried to reflash with backup file but no luck

Dear its secure boot u can't alive it with backup so find out dcc firmware. There are many links but exclusive so if i find free link i will share with u

Dear in some secure boot phones you can't flash readed firmware. So for these you should to flash factory firmware
