After the ID remove process, please do a Factory reset on the device. Then check the ID lock. The factory reset is vital for the Id remove.

The service can be reached in the Software, so you have to run the tool on the PC and connect the device to it.
However, we do not collect/store cert files on our server, so we cannot provide that, but you can download various cert files from the Easy-Firmware website or from the Halabtech.

We do not have Cert files on our server at the moment, but we do support the READ CERT service for that phone. So if you have another device with a good network, you can read out the CERT from it and then place it on the damaged device with the WRITE CERT.
