DTPro Xiaomi Note 10s M2101K7BL question.

New version says new Xiaomi devices are supported for second IMEI
the model: M2101K7BL is listed as supported.
It is a Redmi Note 10s
The phone is from Telcel Mexico and only comes with 1 IMEI
The phone codename is MALTROSE
Most information online says codename should be ROSEMARY
I tried to flash the Rosemary Rom but phone turns on with NV and IMEI and serial not valid.
I can recover the phone to original state because i backed up the firmware.

I want to know if i can enable the second IMEI to make IMEI repair.
