It’s what am doing but phone can’t boot to brom mode i want to full flash when i hold both volumes phone those not boot completely it’s stays inactive when i release any button it powers on i have all drivers MTK drivers installed i have even changed pc but still the same someone told me android 11 has a different security which does not allow brom booting when you hold volumes need maybe testpoint BTW in normal mode phone is detected is mtp mode

android 11 tested and supported on nokia 2.4 !!
please perform the process correctly - press and hold "VOL +" Key!
-without release Vol+ Key -connect usb Cable
Mine is mdm locked so i use the format all + download and it works if i hold vol + and connect phone just charges all vol buttons are working fine
