This is what they said since last year and we are already halfway through the year and they do not respond, it is more or the support to users who have an error with the box, they receive an answer so do not waste your time asking that they do not respond even in their forum

Friend or use another tool different from this one since this one has an error and the note 9s or pro come out with that error I had the same problem and I got tired of asking why the error and I never received any answers so I recommend that you use another tool as I did to solve my problem
