sir my pc win 10 64bit ka hai umt forbidden application 03 detected already uninstal kiya. aur control panel me bhi check kiya to waha nahi show hai sir lekin a erroe aa raha hai kai solution hai sir

First WinPCap or USBPCap. Uninstall them.

Also make sure, you are removing whole WinPcap, not just dll.

Or find npf.sys in System32\Drivers folder and delete it. If you can not delete it, just rename.

Open Windows defender setting and turn off real-time protection.

Reboot PC.
