I get this error "disable airplane mode to make calls"

How can I solve that?

1. Access the Settings utility.
2. On the Settings screen, tap the Network & Internet option.
3. On the Network & Internet screen, tap the toggle switch to the right of the Airplane Mode option to turn it on or off.
