Hi,

Try solve issue as follow way:

1. Turn on the phone and then turn off
2. Reset FRP
3. Press Vol up and then connect usb cable (or connect usb cable without press any key)

sir i have that experience but emt dont connect to pre loader, u can see fro my image above device manger showing vcom android port, in my post i have WRITTEN last3days trying to connect how other tools connecting , thats the issue , in my local other tools holder too have issue same, i personally tried other pc too its not connecting , no issue in pc or phone...its purely EMT ISSUE

You must reinstall tool add emt to exclusion folder in windows defender reinstall qcommtk driver then check
Solution not tested but i think it will work for you and also disable driver signature enforcment in 64bit os
