Hi,

Try solve problem as follow way:
1. Turn on and then turn off the phone
2. Press "Read info"
3. Press "Vol up" and then connect usb cable

p/s: S1 (PD1831) MT6771 supported, S1 (PD1913F) MT6768 unsupport. confirm your model first of all please.
