Free Moto XT1254 restart issue need help

Hi I’ve Motorola XT1254 phone Problem is that I don hard reset flash with Verizon online repaire tool because phone is from version and got flashed successfully after flash phone get restart and show setting apps message 1 to 26 apps optimization when reach to 19 to 26 phone get restarted and after take me to the Langues setup where I select the language and press next saying it may take few minutes to complete process in this time phone again get restart in fast boot mode

Full flash with latest firmware. If the problem presist then it should be hardware issue I think power ic or baseband ic

Can you provide me the right link plz I downloaded one 6.0.1 try to flash with rsd lite but was giving err failed so now I am searching for firmware that can be flashed in fast boot mode but didn’t get boss if possible help me with the see the following info is about the phone

Br I’ve downloaded this one already but when flash with rsd lite gets failed rsd lite detect phones in fastboot mode but giving err ill send you the screen that which type of err I get and this file can be flashed with fastboot command or with device to flash
