i try it with umt but i think repair network not support on xt1521 moto e2 dual

Do it with infinity box module AST, doing reset setting... And wait.

it is very easy and simple. just disable "factory mode" with CM2 AST tool or UMT GSM Tool or any other tool which support Factory disabling. this method work on all Motorola Phones.
