Hi need you help i have blackberry sqn100-3 model, my phone had broken and replace the glass i fogot the blackk berry ID and the anti theft protection was on...please help to remove or flash as am stuck

i have bb z10 stl 1
i flash my z10 with 10.3.1 and remove anti theft and ok
but flash my z10 with q10 10.3.1 its not work and stop in start up bb logo
can you help me ?

Thanks alot sir...I successfully unlocked my Q5 device today. But i just want to ask one thing that my device is showing a new OS upgrade availabe via OTA. If i upgrade to a new version, will my device get locked and ask for the previous bb id?
Or it is safe to upgrade to a new OS via OTA?
please advise...

Hello gsmmarhaba!
I have a blackberry z10 stl100-3 that has an ID on it, I use the autoloader z10 10.3.2.2876 to bypass the ID many times over, unfortunately, the ID doesn't remove.
What can I do please?

My blackberry q20 was protected by blackberry account I was trying to remove bberry account when I flashed with autoloader now it's stuck on blackberry classic
