Xiaomi Redmi 3s PROBLEM - UFI dongle bug??

I tried to use Android dongle to flash Xiaomi Redmi 3s . First I wanted to identify Device but I failed.
The problem is also discussed at oppo A57 flashing error "failed to send payload at ...." - UFIXERS Community

Is it UFI bug?

How Can I add another firehose to the list of firehoses?
