Good morning all.
I am hoping for some assistance with Hydra on a Xiaomi MI 10T Lite 5G - (also known as gauguin, model number M2007H17G) that has a Snapdragon 750G 5G. It is running Android 12 and MIUI V14.0.2.0.SJSEUXM (as reported by Hydra).
I am trying to backup the partitions and user data before factory resetting it as the owner changed their pin but cannot remember it and we may be able to extract the data if the device partitions are imaged.
There is a backup but its a couple of months old and ideally we would prefer the above.
There is no Xiaomi account associated with the device and FRP is not an issue as they can access their Google account. It is not rooted.
I have tried running Hydra to read the partitions via MiAssistant in Recovery Mode and EDL (using a v2 cable) but have had no luck.

Hydra website says all these functions should be working on this phone but I can't seem to get anything to work...
Does anyone have any advice on how I am best to proceed - I just want to be able to read and backup the partitions ideally but rooting/unlocking the bootloader without deleting user data might also be a way for me to remove the PIN might also be a solution.
