UFi Xiaomi Auth error!

I have had the dongle for 6 months and so far I have not been able to get an AUTH Xiaomi. I always make an error in the slot and ask to wait, I have already waited a long time and always unavailable.
Is there a schedule for this to work?
I need to recover the money invested and so far I only have losses.
What to do in this case?

Finally I got access to AUTH, but now give me the message to find my device activated.
This phone is mine to use and does not have but an associated account, I even removed it directly on my other xiaomi.

sign in to your mi account in i.mi.com, and remove all related device
