Where to install Fastboot in new NV Reconstructor

plz tell me where should i copy or install it. installed alerdy minimal fastboot drivers.

run as admin, .exe will to create files necesary for to work

please dissable antiviruses or defender

Sorry but still not works,. i disable all defender settings and aplication control and it still not creating files

Dissable!! any software are blocking funtionality

please try to run .exe from rar "NO Unzip or extract"

but my defender is disabled, and yes in not extracted archive works, no error and files is created, i will try disable defender by editing registry
