My VIVO Y69 device not recognised by PC (all drivers installed already)... e.g. whenever i plug device to pc, no sound or driver popped up whatsoever.. it just show charged sign by the battery........ any idea?

i tried with all kinds of usb data cables and ports but it showed charged (thunderbolt sign) sign on the battery , no sound whatsoever....... do you know any test point on VIVO Y69 device? Thanks for you suggestion brother.
