Vivo Y33S Safe format but TestPoint not working

Hi, I need to unlock Vivo Y33s without data lost but when i connect TestPoint the phone doesn't start at all, it doesn't connect to the computer as if it was completely dead. When i disconnect tp it works normally

conect test. insert cable. see new port in computer. disconect test. tap unlock in programm

Now it's connected like on photo. I try connect to blue side and still when i connect tp to gnd phone is dead, computer don't see phone
