Vivo iQOO (PD1824) Safe format successfully done by Hydra Tool
Screen Short:
1. Run Hydra Qualcomm Tool.
2. Choose Brand and Module.
3. Go to "Service"–> "Vivo".
4. Choose "Factory Reset" from drop down menu.
5. Choose "Safe format EMMC" from flash mode
6. Tick "include FRP"
7. Click on "Execute".
8. Connect Device to Computer using USB Data Cable.
9. Wait until the process is completed.
