RE-DOWNLOAD THE UNLOCKTOOL.EXE FILE AND CHECK INTERNET SPEED IF IT STILL DID NOT WORK THEN GO TO 1.1.1.1 IN BROWSER AND DOWNLOAD VPN AND ENABLE IT AND RE-OPEN UNLOCK TOOL SOFTWARE AND CHECK IT SHOULD WORK NOW
