Chimera UNLOCK A217M BIT 6 FAIL!!!

I already tried the way it says there but it always gives an error I have 20 attempts and in some it fails in others it always returns the MCK, but it does not give the NCK to unlock the phone,
I already carried out the steps that chimera gives
1. insert the SIM
2. I enter MCK
3. REMOVE THE SIM
4. CODE READING RETRY
and always return me the same MCK CODE

I already tried factory reset and firmware change and it is always the same

Dear User,

Thank you for the report.. Yes, it seems that the device does not store the NCK code. The MCK code is handy if the phone is already asking you for the PUK code. Otherwise, it is not useable.
Of course, we did the revoke for you from the work.
