UFI INSTALLATION ERROR

I get this error when i install the ufi setup ver ufi_v1.3.0.1155 setup.

Add exception twice it will install

to install the old version i want to un install the current version right. so it doesnt show in add remove program to un install it

ufi now installing . but when i run the android toolbox or emmc tool box i get this error
