UFi ufi country policy has been locked

Good day,

We bought UFI Box from your site, but today we started our UFI Box, and I see that I was not logged in by our default account. I reinstall the software, but the same problem appeared. The problem is : ufi country policy has been locked. Check the attachement for more details.

We are from Europe, Czech Republic.

Could you fix our issue pls, I will provide you acc nr and so on.

ufi box is a complete disappointment, no interest, i think they should be removed from the form, they do not deserve the money they bought I bought doongle I used it for 2 months then sold it the worst tool I have used in my life
