UFi Ufi Box Error (Exception EAccessViolation in module UFI.exe at 00E039EX)

error:---Exception EAccessViolation in module UFI.exe at 00E039EX. Access violation at address 012039EC in module 'UFI.exe'. read data address 000000008

after reinstall windows working 3 or 4 day and showing again this error ........
im just trying all methode for fixed this.also trying disable antivirus.....but no luck..anyone have any parmanent soluation ???

2. Make exception for UFI directory folders.
