Transfer official WhatsApp from one device to another without rooting or code, regardless of device model or device version
Follow the steps of the article

1- Enable usb debugging from developer options
2- Download files HERE
3-Open the ADB_Installer_v1.4.3 folder and then install the 15 Second ADB Installer v1.4.3.exe drivers
4-Open adb + grep folder and copy all the files in the folder then go to the following path C:/adb and then paste the files in the adb folder
5-When you start transferring files, it will tell you that some files are repeated. Choose to skip these files
6-Open the WhatsApp folder and then run the WhatsApp Backup & Restore .bat file
7-In the case of a Xiaomi device, choose the number 3, but if it is a Samsung or any other model, choose 1
8-After selecting the number, press enter. The file will start working. After processing is completed, the device will restart
9-From the device open the download folder from the file manager you will find two files named Fix and Stock Install the fix.apk
10-Then from the USB options in the bar, choose File Transfer
11-Now from the WhatsApp Backup & Restore .bat interface, press enter
12-A new interface will appear on WhatsApp which is a full backup Choose to backup my data
13-After the backup is finished, we connect the device to which you want to transfer WhatsApp
14-Then from the WhatsApp Backup & Restore .bat interface, we choose the number 4 if the device is Xiaomi or 2 if it is Samsung or any other model, then enter
15-After the process is completed, the WhatsApp installation interface will appear. After the installation is completed, we return to WhatsApp Backup & Restore .bat and press enter.
16-It will start restoring the backup
17-After the restore is finished, press enter again in the WhatsApp Backup & Restore .bat . interface
18-After the process is finished, open WhatsApp
19-A message will appear to you saying: Your phone number is no longer registered in WhatsApp on this phone. The reason for this may be that you registered the number on another phone. If you did not do this, please confirm your phone number to re-enter your account
20-Click on Verify, then enter the number
21-The account will be opened without an activation code
22-Done
