We have been offline since November with the Xiaomi server

we have them there frozen
unable to use
without being able to do anything at all.
Nobody answers, nobody says anything about it.
Users value this tool, that's why we pay for it, that's why we renewed it, but for almost 5 months we don't know what having a server is and it doesn't seem (at least to me) the right thing to do and nobody answers for it.
