Cheetah Tool SM-X205 cannot boot

I have at me one SM-X205 / Bit 1 ... Can be upgraded / downgraded between 11 and 13 Android, but cannot make it ( even Identify ) via testpoint:



The SW see it ( TestPoint Connected ), and hang on Sending Loaders, with or without battery. Swaped 2 PC-s - one Intel based, but another AMD based - same things...

Where can ne fault?

Someone have FDL1 and FDL2 or pac file about?

According of device specification about SM-X205 - i was select exactly as is writen at SW ( no point about T618 SOC ), but after unsuccess in few tries on both my PC i was test and other ( selected manualy ) SOC-s - if fact all from T6xx series. Anyway - this not work. I have in mind to make a Win7 x32 PC and continue to check ...

Also, according to a SM-X205 UniSOC T618 procesor - there same unit can be found in some ZTE devices like ZTE Blade V40 ( 40s, 40 Pro, ect .. )

Here Cheetah select to handle it like T606, but ...
