1- root the device and download X-plore program
2- Open the program and go to root after taking root permissions
3- Then enter the folders in order

nvram
nvd_imei
4- Then search for file number 21 and delete it only
5- Long press on the nvd_imei folder,and click on the permissions option and put it read only, unselect
the option to write
Done.
