Hello.
I got a bunch of SM-A136U Bit 3 from T-Mobile/MetroPCS. All of them are still network locked but none are able to connect to any cell towers when doing a manual scan.
The T-Mobile and MetroPCS SIMs are detected just fine, the APN shows up but it does not get selected automatically as it should be. The IMEI certificates appear fine as well as shown in the attachments.
This is not the first I've seen A13s like this, but I have not been able to find a cause or solution.
Anyone with more knowledge can enlighten me?
