Z3X SharkGSM Doesn't Respond a Chat After Payment

Good Day, Z3x Team.
I made a payment to SharkGSM on Pandora box through his sales manager Arlene on 03-03-2023. Because the amount I sent was actually currently price for Pandora, I later send him the full payment together with Another Dongle payment. Now he is saying he cannot access his history for the first payment I made (that's what the sales manager replied that the boss said).
Now boss is not replying her till now. he just keep Mute for over 2 weeks now. Can I call this a scam or what?

Please Z3X Team Look into this matter, because This is getting out of control.
