First install SFT Dongle v1.0.18d Full Installer and than update to SFT Dongle v1.0.19

First install SFT Dongle v1.0.18d Full Installer and than update to SFT Dongle v1.0.19 , if still not work check smartcard driver must installed be correctly .

i use win 10 64 bit is that ok? ur software work with 64 bit?
also v 1.0.11 work for me i think it is not about driver

Work for Win 10 32/64 bro, install your driver smartcard first.

ok thanks my problem solved. for other friends they faced this if ur smard card reader detect as alcor smart card its not work delete that driver delete sft folder and install 1.0.18 then 1.019
