Hello everyone. I'm having trouble starting Samsung tool pro. Although the z3x is recognized and using the shell I can read the data of the amia card, when I try to start the program I get this problem. I have tried lop z3x on another laptop and it works fine. Can you help me?

provo a installare più tempo ma non lo risolvo.
Provo a installarlo su un altro pc (AMD RAZEN7 32GB DD4 WIN10 PRO 64) e va bene.
HELP ME
