Samsung security policy prevents use of mobile data

Hello Fiends,

Need an help to solve this issue.

I have Samsung M01(M015G) phone sold by mobile operator, its only allow
to use Mobile Data with that mobile operator sim.
If try to use mob data with other operator sim its show "Samsung security policy
prevents use of mobile data". This issue only for mobile data and no any issue for
call and sms
Please advice how to solve this kind issue.
