Samsung S10+ Blocked Google Account without ADB

I have a Samsung S10+ blocked to google account , and i cant unlock it beacause it cant install ADB driver
This phone is locked more than 1 year , its from son of my wife
If you please , you can help me with this , me and the son of my wife we will be very greatfull , the kid will be very happy .....
