Unfortunately we cannot see anything on the photo you attached because of the size and quality.
Please try to connect the device in EUB mode, and press the power button as well when shorting the test point.
If the device is still not recognised that way, make sure you are using a full copy of Windows 10 (NO test version) that is updated to the latest patch 22H2.
After that try to connect the device in EUB again, and use Repair Boot to recover it from EUB mode.
