UFi Samsung KLUBG4G1ZF UFS

Hello friends,
Can someone help me and define why some people are saying that Ufi-Box cannot read UFS153 partitions correctly the Samsung KLUBG4G1ZF chip?
Has someone successfully read and write correctly this chip?
This chip is on a pcb board of a MIB3 head unit on a Volkswagen car, this chip needs to read and open SSH.

This is my first post and I hope someone will help me.

Yes Supported protocol upto UFS 2.2. Higher versions are not supported such as UFS 3.0 and 3.1. We may get an update in the future which may solve this problem.
