Samsung Galaxy Xcover4 SM-G390F MDM does not allow factory reset phone will reboot automatically......

pin or pattern when i reset this phone show MDM does not allow factory reset phone will reboot automatically...... , this phone don't come in download mode....
how to remove mdm, please help .............

this phone didn't come in download mode ....... phone now active with pattern lock, i can't hard reset it .

Reset phone via google or Samsung account it will go to download mode then flash CM.bin
