3. Restart Your Pc.

5. Flash It With Your Latest File.

Finally Device Boot Up Normally After Flash.
Some Time In This Case If Same Error Comes Then No Problem There Are Many Ways To Fix The Problem.

In what condition device recieved ?, Try Power ON device BUT IN DOWNLOAD MODE Volume UP + HOME and Than POWER ON and after that again flash all 4 files but with ODIN flasher

Please Dont understand you be more clear what exact you do , did you try flash with ODIN please more Info , also about this FW you need it or you flash with it your SET ...
