Dear User,

KG lock can disabled EUB mode in devices with 2023 November security.
You can check if EUB mode is disabled or not, by connecting the phone to Windows Device Manager in EUB mode, and look for the Exynos/UsbDk port.
If you do not see the port appear, that means that EUB is disabled.
However if the port appears upon doing the EUB connection, then EUB mode is accessible, and most likely you are having driver issues.
To resolve driver issues:
1. Make sure you are using a stock/full copy of Windows 10 (not test version)
2. Update it to the latest patch 22H2
3. Install/Reinstall all Chimera drivers
4. Restart the PC

Chimera Tool work well on Win 10, TestMode [ even the best way is to follow the developers advice and use stock OS image ] - the fault about connecting mostly is a mismatched driver or disabled option ...
