DTPro redmi note 9 pro bootloop after flash

i unlocked the bootloader permanent then i try to downgrade the phone. for that i flash redmi note 9 pro via fastboot then phone keep restarting from logo. it does not go into the fastboot mode or recovery mode. its just keep blinking its display.
please help

you must understand that the error "Must be the firmware using - by BoardID" you must at least say what file did you write? -Show a Screenshot of the flashing, Flashing log...
-to try to understand the error and give you a solution!!
