DTPro Redmi 9T lime dual sim imei repair error and after repair no service

hello team i have redmi 9t and i want to repair imei of this phone when repair it its shows succes but when put sim card in it no service try everyting same i try modem eng qcn etc... one when flash eng romand then repair it then phone gives service and work and when i flash it before i uncheck modem then its show same no service but imei is still there i try to downgrade it stuck and touch then i fash it to its orignal version then its work perfect my is 12.0.17.0 2021 patch and when i restore orignal efs and qcn then everythings work perfect now im think that now can i disable hardware rsa if things not working tell and please
