DTPro Problem with redmi note 9 MTK flash

Hello team
I'm a new user of DT Pro tool ; I've just trying to flash Redmi note 9 MTK with MTK tool but get this error message, so I hope you help to do the right procedure

and I want to know how to use or create XML files for MTK devices to use factory flash
