plz help anyone...not change checking from prenormal....but phone is kg state:prenormal frp lockff oem lockff oem unlocking is on. phone model j600g, software ver u5

• conect phone to intenet
• unable oem
• Add a Google account
• go to youtube and Play a video for at least five minutes
• Then check out KG statue

If that doesn't work, use usb debogage and try remove RMM and knox & tery
