my pragmafix is sam problem no menu i can whatsup pragmafix suport number thay replay me and say change your windo. windo7 to windo 10

the question is, do you still use windows 7 sir ? do you know that operating system declared to be not support anymore and will be death ASAP by microsoft from last two years ?
actually pragmafix didnt change anything, in server and software we didnt change anythings, our last change for software is in 28th April 2022, major exe and server update, after that day we are working like crazy for daily update, for content.
Please googling, what windows 7 services, certificate, or component dead in this june, expired by microsoft ( not by us )
for example Internet explorer 8, 9, 10, and totaly for IE 11 in 15 june tomorrow, for TLP and SSL not supported the new protocol that use in SSL for Server in this days.
Maybe this is correct time to move on from this old operating system and change to windows 8, 10 or 11 and will no get this kind of problem at all.
for your information PRAGMAFIX working properly for windows 7, since we deploy this software in October 2020 some of our user still use windows 7, since this June 2022, what we can say now, major apllication IE and many of windows 7 component are expiring.... once again, its not by us, suddenly your windows 7 component are expired by windows it self since june ( please googling it ) and every month theris many componetn that will be expired soon in windows 7, go to your windows certificate manager to check the list component expiration date, soon this version of windows will totally death

Are PRAGMAFIX gonna do something to help this condition ? still can manipulate this windows 7 that going to killed day by day ? YES
Please wait to next update we change all the protocol that suddenly no longer exist and valid certificate in windows 7 by microsoft for today, but theris bunch of certificate and component that will be expired day by day in the near future for windows 7, what i can say ? you need to prepare leave this windows 7 soon or later, if you wanna use windows 7 forever, need windows 7 still supported by microsoft, to be updated with a new service, certificate and new protocol, please do complain to microsoft about this sir
