- Error 0x3C, 0x45 and similar - change Your Internet Service provider, or use VPN.
- "Connecting to Update Server" forever - Make sure that Your HOSTS file is not poisoned by unauthorized software. Read about HOSTS file on Wikipedia.
- Some "smart" users run webserver on their PC. One of such is "kosmonaft". You should shut down the webserver and free TCP Port 80.
