Plz Help me (IP address temporary blocked )

[My Gsm Pak]

Respected UFI Team,

I have some Problem to download file by UFI box but get error
Your ip address is temporary blocked due to intrusive download access !!!
Downloading using third-party download manager(such as: IDM) is prohibited, your access might be blocked permanently !!!
Error code: 403
