pls help me urgently . UFI Android tools not initial.

hollo sir, i using UFI BOX VER 1.4.0.1668. EMMC TOOL IS OK. but Android tool not run. only " sarting adb service "
my pc windows 10 64 bit. after new windows install this problem arise. before all are ok.
i searching solution but not found.
pls help me urgently

Disable antivirus and reinstall UFI Software again
