Please Help In UFI Installation Problem !!!!

I'm Trying to install Ufi Box Software But Always This Error Appear
I tried 6 Versions And Disabled Antivirus And Added Program To Exclude List In antivirus
Restart My Lab
and Always This Message
This Is Big Problem To UFI Users
How Can I Fix It ???

disable your antivirus and add ufi folder for excused list.
and also downlod and try to work with this setup

I Tried Diffrent Methods .. Then Succeeded , But Now EMMC And Chip Programs Working but Android Tool Box Stuck on Initializing

old version UFI_v1.2.0.407_setup ok
after new version UFI_v1.2.0.447_setup ok
no problem
