Chimera Please Help Chimera Tool User Locked

Today I installed remote working software for unlocktool, and then I opened the chimera tool and it said that the account was locked. After researching I found out that I violated the policy of chimera tool. This is my first technical error, I hope to unlock it so I can continue using the tool

Our policy - which one you accepted at the registration & in the chimera tool software - says that you are not able to share the tool with any third party software / tool. Yesterday, I installed USB redirector to work with my brother s cm2 dongle, my chimera tool was opened, then I suddenly got an error:
Your user has been locked. Please contact our support team to clarify the issue.
After asking to some brothers they clarified it to me that chimera tool cannot be shared, if you try, you will be locked, this is the first time that I have heard it, please do help me, do unlock my account, I will never ever do such thing, honestly, I did not know.
